Information we collect

• Account information: name and mobile number when you register in the app.
• Purchase information: which test series you bought and when. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment partner and are never stored by us.
• Usage information: tests attempted, scores and time spent, used to generate your performance reports.
• Device information: device model, operating system version and crash logs, used to fix technical problems.
• Support messages: what you send us on WhatsApp or email.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, or SMS. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Why we use it

• To give you access to purchased content and keep your progress.
• To generate performance analytics and score reports.
• To notify you about new tests and exam updates (you can turn this off).
• To respond to support requests and process refunds.
• To detect misuse such as account sharing.

Sharing

We share data only with: the payment processor (to complete transactions), Google Play services (app distribution and crash reporting), and where required by Indian law. No advertising networks receive your personal data.

Retention

Account and performance data are kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days, except records we must retain for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

• Access: request a copy of your data.
• Correction: ask us to fix inaccurate details.
• Deletion: delete your account at any time — see account deletion.
• Opt out: disable notifications in app settings.

Children

Our service is intended for candidates preparing for government recruitment exams, who are adults or near-adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong device lock and do not share your account.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and notify users in the app.
