You can delete your Leelan Foundation account and associated data at any time. This page explains how and what happens.
How to request deletion
- In the app: open Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm.
- Or contact us: message WhatsApp +91 99282 48101 or email support@leelanfoundation.online from your registered contact, stating that you want your account deleted.
What gets deleted
- Your name and mobile number
- Test attempts, scores and performance history
- Saved notes, bookmarks and app preferences
- Support conversation records
What we may retain
Transaction records required for tax, accounting and audit obligations under Indian law are retained for the statutory period. These are kept separately and are not used to identify you for any other purpose.
Timeline
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once complete.
Before you delete: if you have an active paid test series, deleting your account ends that access immediately and no refund is issued for remaining validity. If you want a refund instead, check the refund policy first.
