I paid but the test series is not showing
First, fully close and reopen the app so it refreshes your purchases. If it still does not appear after 15 minutes, message WhatsApp +91 99282 48101 with your registered mobile number and the payment reference. Access is usually restored the same working day.
I forgot which number I registered with
Message us on WhatsApp from any number with your full name and approximate purchase date, and we will look it up.
My test was interrupted by network loss
Reopen the test — progress is saved periodically. If the attempt is stuck, tell us the test name and time and we will reset that attempt.
I found a wrong answer in the answer key
Send the test name, question number and your reasoning to support@leelanfoundation.online. Genuine corrections are applied and affected scores recalculated.
