When you can get a full refund

• The request is made within 7 days of purchase, and
• You have attempted 2 or fewer tests from that purchase.

We also refund in full, regardless of the above, if:

• You were charged twice for the same item.
• The content you paid for was never delivered to your account.
• The purchased test series was materially different from what was described.

When a refund is not available

• More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
• You have attempted more than 2 tests.
• The account was suspended for sharing credentials or redistributing content.
• You changed your mind about which exam to prepare for after substantial use.

How to request

2. Include your registered mobile number, what you purchased, and the date.
3. We confirm eligibility within 2 working days.
4. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days.

Partial refunds

If you purchased a full exam bundle and only part of it was unavailable at the time of purchase, we will refund the proportionate amount for the unavailable subjects.

Questions

If a refund decision seems wrong to you, reply to the same WhatsApp thread and ask for a review. We would rather resolve it than leave you unhappy.
