Why we exist
Most Rajasthan aspirants prepare in Hindi, study from home or a small town, and cannot spend thousands of rupees on annual coaching subscriptions. Existing options force a choice between expensive national platforms with shallow Rajasthan coverage, or cheap material of uncertain accuracy.
Leelan Foundation was built for that gap: one subject, ₹35, 90 days, unlimited attempts. You buy only the subjects you are weak in, and free notes stay free.
What we do differently
1. Current 41-district accuracy
Rajasthan's administrative map changed. The state now has 41 districts across 10 divisions. A significant amount of material still in circulation uses obsolete district data — which costs marks in the geography and polity sections. Every map, list and question here reflects the current structure.
2. Hindi-first, not Hindi-translated
Our explanations are written in Hindi from the start. Technical terms appear in both Hindi and English so you recognise them in either language on exam day.
3. Real exam conditions
Tests apply the actual negative-marking penalty — mostly 1/3 in Rajasthan exams. A practice score that ignores negative marking is misleading; ours does not.
4. Previous-year questions drive the syllabus
We analyse past papers to identify which topics genuinely repeat, then weight our notes and tests accordingly, so limited study time goes to the highest-yield areas.
How we describe our numbers
We publish only figures we can verify. Where a claim cannot be independently checked, we prefer to leave it out rather than inflate it. If you find any statement on this site that appears inaccurate, please tell us at support@leelanfoundation.online and we will correct or remove it.
Corrections policy
Exam content changes when boards issue new notifications. If you spot an error in a note, question or answer key, message WhatsApp +91 99282 48101 with the page link. Verified corrections are applied and the page's updated date is changed.

FAQs
Who founded Leelan Foundation?
Leelan Foundation was founded by Prem Choudhary, who serves as Founder and Director. The teaching team consists of subject specialists in Rajasthan history, geography, polity, science, languages and mathematics.
Why is Leelan Foundation's content described as 41-district accurate?
Rajasthan's district structure was reorganised, and the state now has 41 districts across 10 divisions. Many study materials still circulate with outdated district counts. Every note, question and map on this site follows the current 41-district structure.
How is Leelan Foundation different from larger platforms?
Three things: pricing at ₹35 per subject rather than annual bundles; Hindi-first explanations written for Hindi-medium aspirants rather than translated from English; and a Rajasthan-only focus, so the depth on Rajasthan GK is greater than on pan-India platforms.
Is the study material free?
Notes, PYQs and daily quizzes are free — no signup required. Paid test series start at ₹35 per subject for 90 days.
