By using this website or the Leelan Foundation app, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Leelan Foundation provides study material and mock test series for Rajasthan competitive exams. We are an independent private education provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to RSSB, RPSC, RBSE, or any government body.

2. No guarantee of selection

Our material is intended to support your preparation. We make no promise, express or implied, that using our service will result in qualifying an exam or obtaining employment. Exam results depend on many factors outside our control.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate registration details.
• One account is for one person. Sharing credentials may result in suspension without refund.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Purchases and validity

Test series are sold per subject at ₹35 for 90 days, or as a full exam bundle at ₹99. Access ends automatically when validity expires. There is no auto-renewal.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

6. Intellectual property

All notes, questions, explanations and design on this site belong to Leelan Foundation. You may use them for your own preparation. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or republish them — including uploading to Telegram channels, other apps or websites — without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer or bulk-download content.
• Do not record or screenshot test content for redistribution.
• Do not use the service to harass others or post unlawful content.

8. Content accuracy

We work to keep material accurate and current, and we correct verified errors promptly. However, official notifications are the authoritative source. Always verify dates, eligibility, fees and pattern from the conducting body before acting.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 90 days.

10. Suspension

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Where the breach is content piracy or credential sharing, no refund is due.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
