Editorial & Fact-Checking Policy

How we research, verify, label and correct the exam information on this site.

In short

We verify every exam fact against the official notification before publishing, and we label how confident we are. Green means corroborated by multiple independent sources. Amber means limited sourcing or a genuine conflict between sources. Grey means we could not confirm it — and in that case we publish no figure at all.

We are a private study platform, not a government body. The official notification always overrides this site.

Our verification levels

LabelWhat it means
VerifiedThe fact was corroborated against multiple independent reports of the official notification, including the advertisement number where one exists. This is our normal standard for publication.
Limited sourcingWe found the fact in only one or two sources, or the figure varies between recruitment cycles. Usable for planning, but confirm from the notification before you act on it.
Sources conflictReliable sources genuinely disagree. We show both readings rather than silently picking one, and tell you to check the official PDF.
Not verifiedWe could not confirm the fact. We publish no number in this case. The page says so openly and links to the official site.

Source hierarchy

When sources disagree, we follow this order of priority:

  1. The official notification PDF issued by the conducting body, identified by advertisement number and date.
  2. The conducting body's own website — RSSB, RPSC, BSER or the relevant department.
  3. Official press releases and gazette notifications from the Government of Rajasthan.
  4. Multiple independent education portals that each cite the same advertisement number — used only for corroboration, never as the sole basis for a factual claim.

We do not copy content from other coaching websites. Where we rely on secondary reporting because an official page was unreachable, we say so on the page.

A limitation we disclose openly. The official RSSB and RPSC domains were not reachable from our build environment when this site was last compiled (2026-08-03). The facts marked green were therefore corroborated from several independent sources that each cite the official advertisement numbers. This is a weaker check than reading the PDF directly, which is exactly why every exam page links to the official site and asks you to confirm before applying.

What we will not do

  • We do not invent or estimate exam figures to fill a gap on a page.
  • We do not publish student numbers, selection counts or review ratings we cannot evidence.
  • We do not use ranking superlatives about ourselves without a measurable, published basis.
  • We do not present ourselves as connected to any government body.
  • We do not guarantee selection. No preparation platform honestly can.

How pages are written and reviewed

  1. Research. The subject specialist collects the official notification and cross-checks the pattern, eligibility, fee and date fields.
  2. Drafting. Content is written in Hindi first where the audience is Hindi-medium, with technical terms given in both languages.
  3. Verification pass. Each factual field is tagged with a confidence level. Anything unconfirmed is marked rather than removed, so readers know the gap exists.
  4. Review. A second team member checks the facts against the sources before publication.
  5. Dating. The page records when it was last checked. Exam data goes stale, and a visible date lets you judge that.

Corrections

If you find an error, please tell us — you will be helping every other candidate who reads the page.

Verified corrections are applied and the page's "last checked" date is updated. If a correction is significant, we note what changed.

Independence

We sell test series. That is our only revenue source — we do not take payment to feature or rank any exam, college or product. Our exam pages carry the same information whether or not we sell a test series for that exam, and several exam pages openly say we have no test series available yet.

Frequently asked questions

How does Leelan Foundation verify exam information?

Every exam fact is checked against multiple independent reports of the official notification before it is published. We label each page with how well we could verify it: green means corroborated by several sources, amber means limited sourcing or that sources disagree, and grey means we could not confirm it. Where a fact cannot be confirmed, we state that plainly instead of publishing a number.

Why do some pages say a figure could not be verified?

Because publishing a wrong question count or age limit can cost a candidate an application. If we cannot corroborate a figure, we would rather say so and point you to the official notification than fill the gap with a guess.

Is Leelan Foundation an official government source?

No. We are a private study platform with no affiliation to RSSB, RPSC, BSER or any government body. The official notification is always the authoritative source and overrides anything written here.

How quickly are errors corrected?

Report an error to support@leelanfoundation.online or WhatsApp +91 99282 48101 with the page link. We aim to verify and correct within two working days, and we update the 'last checked' date on the page when we do.
